Sales Executive

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts in the beverage bottling and shrink-wrap industry. This individual will play a critical role in expanding our market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that align with our customers' packaging needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for beverage bottling and shrink-wrap services, aimed at driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, including beverage manufacturers, distributors, and packaging companies, ensuring a deep understanding of their bottling and packaging requirements.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities within the beverage bottling and shrink-wrap sectors.
  • Solution Selling: Understand customer needs and collaborate with technical and production teams to deliver customized solutions that optimize packaging processes, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and expand a sales pipeline, tracking progress through the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Negotiation & Contracting: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals and profitability targets.
