In the role of Procurement Analyst in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the Metal Packaging procurement team; this role is responsible for:

  • Supporting Metal Packaging Category and Supply Managers in their sourcing and supply initiatives;
  • Requesting and managing data for metal packaging categories from material creation to contract execution in MCBC systems;
  • Work directly with suppliers to ensure policies and processes are followed for MCBC transactional requirements;
  • Support strategic category initiatives with suppliers and stakeholders and;
  • Complete project work as assigned

This position reports to Director of Procurement โ€“ Metal Packaging and works closely with cross functional teams and supplier partners.

What Youโ€™ll Be Brewing:

Accounts Payable Issues Resolution

  • First point of Procurement escalation for all metal packaging supplier Accounts Payable discrepancies for US and Canada;
  • Ensure suppliers and stakeholders are adhering to MCBC processes and procedures;
  • Identify process gaps within P2P process and suggest continuous improvement opportunities

Supplier Coordination

  • Process ZPCK and FLOW tasks for new PINs for US and Canada
  • Work with metal packaging category owners to provide input on supplier performance for Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Manage art approval letters for US Liaison between MCBC and supplier on EDI, ERS and Supply Chain Finance set up
  • Process reconciliations and supplier rebates for all metal packaging categories

Category Focus

  • Have a complete understanding of all metal packaging categories including but not limited to overall sourcing strategy, strategic suppliers and key stakeholders
  •  Manage metal packaging spend data including spend by cost driver, impacts of changes in the category as well as develop and maintain file that supports LRP and AOP financial inputs
  • Support metal packaging category owners on innovation initiatives including attending product launch meetings, coordinating samples and trial material requests as well as provide pricing analysis and feedback
  • Support can sheet scrap process
  • Project work for metal packaging categories as needed

System Management

  • Create new SAP contracts annually and update pricing in US and Canada for all metal packaging categories
  •  Coordinate and provide appropriate support to Global Business Services (GBS) to enable contract creation, adding new suppliers and maintain contract files.
  •  Lead year-end process to ensure contract SAP contract set up is completed successfully
  • Audit systems to ensure proper setup for contracts (Prices, terms, etc.) and vendor master data (Payment terms)
  • Identify opportunities for improvement
  • Utilize ARIBA to upload completed contracts and maintain sourcing projects The

Key Ingredients:

  • 2 or more years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Excel or other analytics-based software (e.g. Power BI) is preferred SAP experience and an understanding of Accounts Payable functions is desirable

At Molson Coors, weโ€™re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $62,200.00 - $81,600.00 (posting salary range) + 10target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
