Business Analyst – Tallahassee, FL (Onsite)

📅 Duration: September 2026 – June 2027 (1,650 Hours)

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise technology initiative. The selected candidate will work closely with the Project Manager to research, analyze, document, and support the implementation of a new Records Management System (RMS) solution.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements (functional and non-functional)
✔ Develop business process flows, use cases, traceability matrices, and test scenarios
✔ Create and maintain project documentation and requirements artifacts
✔ Facilitate JAD sessions with cross-functional agencies and stakeholders
✔ Develop test plans and support system, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing
✔ Assist with project planning, risk identification, issue tracking, and status reporting
✔ Support training initiatives and production implementation activities
✔ Ensure compliance with project governance and required deliverables

Required Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
✔ 3+ years of experience on enterprise-level IT projects
✔ 3+ years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements throughout the SDLC
✔ 3+ years of experience integrating multiple systems/applications
✔ 3+ years of experience facilitating JAD sessions with multiple stakeholders
✔ 3+ years of experience creating comprehensive test plans and utilizing automated testing tools
✔ Strong expertise in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
✔ Excellent communication, documentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
