Compensation: $22.75/Hour
Join Midwest Smart Logistics, a locally owned and operated Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) dedicated to providing exceptional package delivery service to our Terre Haute community! We're hiring Delivery Drivers to deliver packages to customers throughout the area. Start and end your day at our warehouse location in Terre Haute. No CDL required - we provide all the training you need to succeed as a delivery driver.

What you'll do: Delivery Driver Responsibilities
As a Non CDL Delivery Driver, you'll start and end your day at the warehouse (WIN5) and spend your shift delivering packages throughout the Terre Haute community.
  • Warehouse Operations: Report to the warehouse each morning at 10355 S Carlisle St for vehicle inspection and package loadout
  • Load & Unload: Safely load and unload your delivery vehicle with pre-sorted packages at the warehouse
  • Safe Driving: Operate company-branded delivery vehicles safely, following GPS-coordinated delivery routes and all traffic laws
  • Customer Service: Deliver packages to customers in a professional and courteous manner, representing Midwest Smart Logistics with excellence
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle throughout your route
  • Communication: Report any delivery issues or vehicle problems to warehouse management immediately
  • Typical Schedule: Estimated shift time 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Qualifications
Requirements: Delivery Driver - Non CDL
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid driver's license (Non CDL driver's license is acceptable)
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to safely operate a delivery van and navigate using GPS
  • Physically able to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs throughout the day
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a team
  • Comfortable driving in varying weather conditions
  • Reliable transportation to the warehouse location
