Flat rate of $25/delivery + Tips
Independent Delivery Drivers are 1099 employees.
Job Summary:
As an Independent Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for making deliveries in a pleasant, timely manner, according to our company's standards. Drivers are responsible for bringing the "Buona" experience to homes, offices and more by providing outstanding customer service on the-go.
Responsibilities:
  • Arrive on time for deliveries - if late, call ASAP.
  • Follow all approved procedure for deliveries including setup, sort and clean
  • Adhere to all local, state, and federal health and civil code regulations
  • Greet all customers and provide them with prompt and highly friendly, courteous service or assistance, always ensuring they are satisfied.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance is neat, clean and well-groomed at all times while observing company dress code.
  • Take care of vehicles and any other equipment provided - includes filling out driver checklist before departure and after arrival to store, and support to maintain clean vehicles.
  • Vehicle safety - observe all rules of the road and follow parking rules and regulations at delivery sites.
  • Observe shift operating hours at all times, as scheduled or assigned by manager
  • Adhere to all store rules and company policies

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 19 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must provide proof of insurance
  • Must have a vehicle (drivers must use their own vehicles)
  • Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle report
