Job description

Nursing That Feels Personal

At Broad Street Advocates & Private Nursing, we do things differently. We believe that nurses give the best care when they have the time, support, and freedom to focus on their patients, not just the paperwork.

This is The Broad Street Way.

We're not a traditional home health agency. We're a nurse-led team that works directly with private-pay families in their homes. Our nurses form real, lasting relationships with the people they support — no rushing, no rotating, and no chart-chasing.

What You'll Do
  • Provide one-on-one nursing care in a private home setting
  • Perform medication management, chronic condition monitoring, and holistic patient support
  • Collaborate with experienced Nurse Case Managers and other Broad Street nurses
  • Deliver person-centered care with the time and space to do it right
  • Engage long-term with Clients and their families, no rotating case load
Why Nurses Choose Broad Street
  • True Nurse Autonomy – Provide the care you were trained for, not just checklists
  • Client-Focused Schedule – Regular, consistent shifts with ongoing Clients
  • Less Paperwork – Private pay means fewer forms, and more focus on care
  • Supportive Team – You're backed by a team of Nurse Case Managers
  • Relationship-Driven – Most Clients stay with us for months or years
What We're Looking For
  • We're hiring RNs and LPNs who:
  • Are licensed in Indiana and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Have experience in home care, hospice, or complex private duty nursing
  • Are dependable, compassionate, and collaborative
  • Want to build a relationship, not just pick up a shift
