The role of a Host is to delight our guests, be the face of the company, and ensure a smooth dining experience from the time someone walks into the restaurant to the time they leave. A typical shift includes greeting guests, escorting them to their tables, managing wait-time, answering phones, and taking reservations. Operate and troubleshoot reservation software. Stay current on menu options, specialties, and menu deviation.
