We are seeking a Field Copier Technician (Canon, Ricoh, Sharp, Konica Minolta) to join our service team in the Seattle, WA area. This is a field position with a POSSIBLE TERRITORY NEAR YOU, as we service all of Seattle and surrounding areas.

Essential Job Duties

  • Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.)
  • Providing high-quality technical support to our customer base
  • Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Developing options to solve unusual problems
  • Managing time, resources, and territorial considerations

Qualifications

  • Mechanical and Electrical Mindset
  • Other experience and training with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, and other manufacturers is a plus!
  • Strong computer knowledge a plus!
