Normal Business Hours:
MON - 2:30pm to 8:00pm
TUE - 2:30pm to 8:00pm
WED - 2:30pm to 8:00pm
THU - 10:30am to 2:00pm, 2:30pm to 8:00pm
FRI - 2:30pm to 8:00pm
SAT - 8:45am to 1:30pm (1:30pm to 9:00pm for events)
SUN - CLOSED
We are looking for candidates who resonate with and embody our core values, have availability during our normal business hours, and who are seeking to make a positive impact in the arena of youth sports. The ideal candidate will have regular, long-term availability of at least 11+ hours per week (15+ hours per week preferred) scheduled between at least 3-4 days per week.
This PART-TIME position works closely with our Program Supervisor and our Programs Development Manager. In our gymnastics program, we work to teach the knowledge and the basic techniques used by accredited national gymnastics organizations, striving to remain consistent in our coaching principles that provide discipline and structure for our athletes.
Qualifications:
  • Must have experience working with children ages 5 and older.
  • Previous or current gymnastics experience or experience in a similar sport preferred.
  • Desired availability: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays during our normal business hours. Open availability preferred.

Coaching responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Follow the designated rotation schedule and curricula
  • Complete all administrative duties asked of you such as verifying attendance, completing safety checks, following lesson plans and updating progress reports of your students
  • Come to work ready to make a positive impact on your students and co-workers
  • Understand the importance of your Student Retention rate
  • Stay engaged in each class, always focusing on your students
  • Help set, maintain, and enforce standard attire policies for the program(s)

Desired Skills & Characteristics:
  • Patient and passionate about working with children in youth sports
  • Has a friendly, upbeat, & enthusiastic attitude and approachable personality
  • Hardworking and willing to increase their knowledge about the program(s) and learn different techniques in coaching
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary Range: $16.90 to $25.00 per hour (depending on industry experience)
