Accountant, PRA

The PRA Accountant supports Manager, Supervisors, and staff Accountants with data entry, pulling data, and running limited PRA processes.  Will also perform clerical functions of the department including filing, scanning documents, ordering supplies, etc.


What You’ll Do:

Learns and understands the types and purposes of various data sources/data:  Volumes, Gas Analysis, Payment Detail, Various Workbooks, Enertia Inquires, Various data warehouses (Bird Dog); Revenue agreements, allocation groups, deducts groups, various product groups, pricing.

Assists with less complex Enertia processes:  Oil/Condensate allocations, running some non Lean/Gates delivery systems in Enertia, closing oil for Revenue, run processes for allocation groups and deducts groups.

Assists with Check and Wire processes:  Void checks, Zero checks, Payment requests, Owner detail requests.

Assists with Audit pulls on less complex data:  Volumes, Gas Analysis, following models/templates, revenue inquiries.

Assists more experienced Accountants on various projects: Audits, various projects, testing for System Modification/Upgrades.


About You (Qualifications & Experience):

Education and/or Experience                                                  

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
  • One to two years related experience and/or training

Computer Skills                                                             

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software.
