Role Overview

Brunswick Corporation is looking for a proactive PLM Business Analyst to drive large-scale PLM implementation program across its Enterprise IT Organization. This role drives strategic PLM projects spanning multiple divisions, with a strong focus on user adoption, organizational change management, and delivering exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring seamless execution and alignment across all phases of implementation.

Job Summary & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support endtoend product lifecycle initiatives using PLM and ALM tools across Brunswick's business divisions.

  • Facilitate user workshops and crossfunctional working sessions with PLM/ALM expert users to capture business requirements for continuous improvement initiatives and system pain points.

  • Map currentstate and futurestate product development processes to drive harmonization and standardization of PLM processes.

  • Identify gaps and opportunities for process optimization across business functions.

  • Gather & document business requirements for PLM & ALM projects across Brunswick's divisions.

  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for PLM technical teams.

  • Serve as a key liaison between Brunswick's business users, Technical Leads and IT teams.

  • Communicate effectively across global business functions to ensure project alignment and delivery.

  • Support IT PLM Program Manager with status updates, risks, and mitigation planning.

  • Support system configuration sessions and provide business input into solution design working with Technical Lead/Architect.

  • Work closely with PLM Technical Leads as functional subject matter expert in implementing best in class solutions.

  • Define and capture data migration requirements for legacy CAD and PLM migration initiatives.

  • Execute Organizational Change Management strategy during project execution working alongside other IT PLM/ALM team members with early feedback capture techniques, consistent communication and converting risks and blockers to opportunities.

  • Partner with other IT counterparts in contributing to Brunswick's IT initiatives for meeting Enterprise goals and objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of PLM industry experience with at least 6-8 years of experience as a PLM Business Analyst .

  • Excellent communication skills to operate in a multi-team environment involving business and IT stakeholders.

  • Must have techno-functional and handson experience with PLM platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault Systems Enovia, PTC Windchill, or similar.

  • Solid understanding of PLM & ALM concepts and Digital Transformation is a must.

  • Experience working on Application Lifecycle Management tools such as Siemens Polarion, PTC Codebeamer, Jama is preferred.

  • Proven experience writing functional requirements, process flows, and technical specifications.

  • Strong PLM Techno Functional skills to converse with global business teams to map business requirements to technical requirements, drive key design decisions, and design solution prototypes.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and drive outcomes.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

The hiring range for this position is $73,600 - $106,200 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary based on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
