Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive PLM Process Analyst to support and drive execution of product lifecycle processes within the Merchant Import Operations team.
Reporting to the PLM Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating portfolio workflows, maintaining visibility to product development initiatives, and supporting prioritization and governance processes. The Analyst plays a key role in ensuring that cross-functional inputs are consolidated, timelines are tracked, and leadership has clear visibility into execution status.
This role operates at the center of execution-driving coordination, insights, and process adherence while influencing cross-functional teams.A Day in the Life
  • PD Portfolio Tracking & Visibility (20%)

  • Maintain trackers for in-flight and pipeline PD initiatives
  • Provide updates on progress, upcoming demand, and key risks
  • Highlight gaps, tradeoffs, and capacity issues to leadership
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across portfolio reporting
  • Prioritization & Planning Coordination (20%)

  • Coordinate logistics and materials for seasonal prioritization cycles
  • Consolidate inputs across Merchandising, Planning, and cross-functional teams
  • Maintain the rolling PD pipeline (12-18 months)
  • Prepare presentations and materials for leadership reviews
  • Production Calendar Support (20%)

  • Maintain and update the production calendar and milestone tracking tools
  • Track deliverables and ensure alignment to timelines
  • Follow up with teams to drive on-time completion of milestones
  • Escalate risks and delays as needed
  • Cross-Functional Coordination (15%)

  • Facilitate working sessions and track action items across teams
  • Partner with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Creative, and Marketing teams
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment on deliverables and timelines
  • Support day-to-day operational execution across stakeholders
  • Process Documentation & Improvement (15%)

  • Document workflows, tools, and processes
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Support rollout and adoption of new processes and tools
  • Maintain process documentation and training materials
  • Build and maintain shared templates, trackers, and reference materials
  • Support development of centralized PD resources for teams
  • Ensure tools are accessible, accurate, and up to date
  • Reporting & Insights (10%)

  • Prepare and maintain reporting related to Product Development initiatives, portfolio performance, project status, and key business metrics.
  • Compile and analyze data related to owned brands, licensed brands, and royalty programs to identify trends, variances, performance gaps, and emerging opportunities.
  • Support recurring business reviews by evaluating sales, profitability, royalty, and brand performance data and summarizing findings for leadership.
  • Develop dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools that provide visibility into project progress, portfolio health, resource demand, and business performance.
  • Partner with the Product Development Manager to translate data into actionable insights that support planning, prioritization, and process improvement efforts.
You'll Come With

Bachelor's degree required. Preferred fields of study include Product Development, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Retail Management, or a related discipline.

Experience:

  • 3+ years in product development, brand management, retail operations, supply chain, or related field
  • Experience in project coordination, reporting, or process management
  • Exposure to cross-functional workflows and seasonal planning cycles
  • Advanced experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
  • PLM system experience preferred
