An Owners Representative Project Manager serves as the primary liaison between the project owner and all other parties involved, including architects, contractors, engineers, and vendors. They facilitate clear communication, ensure that the owner's interests and requirements are prioritized, and help resolve conflicts or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
