- Supporting the Workday Student Financials functional area lead through solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment for a higher education client implementing Workday Student
- Translating business requirements into system configurations and process changes, leveraging deep knowledge of Workday Student
- Analyzing current student records processes, design future-state workflows, and configure Workday solutions to best meet institutional needs
- Serving as the liaison between university leadership, functional owners, IT teams, and Workday consultants to ensure alignment and successful delivery
