Openwork is hiring an experienced Overnight Warehouse Lead for a well-established company opening a new Houston location. With more than 60 years in business and 29+ locations nationwide, our client offers a stable environment with opportunities for professional and leadership growth.

We're looking for a dependable, positive, hands-on leader who can guide a warehouse team, keep operations organized, and help employees succeed.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead and support warehouse employees.
  • Conduct shift-start briefings and communicate daily priorities.
  • Keep workflow organized and employees on task.
  • Inspect and process returned materials following quality procedures.
  • Build and prepare flight kits for United Airlines.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing airline laundry (no washing involved).
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and basic reports.
  • Support warehouse housekeeping, safety, and organization.
  • Push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Remain standing and active for 8+ hours.

What We're Looking For:
  • 1–2+ years of warehouse lead or team lead experience.
  • 1–2+ years of warehouse experience.
