Additional Hours: Overtime and occasional Sunday shifts may be required based on business needs.

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and bilingual Warehouse Coordinator to support warehouse and logistics operations during the evening shift. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory and shipment records, preparing shipping documentation, coordinating communication between warehouse personnel, carriers, customers, and management, and ensuring the efficient flow of information throughout daily operations.
You are highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and maintain inbound and outbound shipment information within the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Prepare, review, and maintain shipping and receiving documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing lists, invoices, and customs paperwork
- Monitor inventory transactions and assist with cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory accuracy initiatives
- Communicate with warehouse personnel, management, customers, and carriers regarding shipment status, inventory discrepancies, and operational concerns
- Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to shipping, receiving, and inventory activity
- Coordinate transportation activities with carriers, vendors, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods
- Verify pallet configurations, labeling requirements, shipment details, and mixed-case inventory accuracy
- Support warehouse administrative functions, including filing, scanning, data entry, and document management
- Assist in identifying, investigating, and resolving inventory, shipping, and receiving discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse leadership to support workflow efficiency and operational goals
- Recommend process improvements that enhance inventory accuracy and operational performance
Qualifications
- Bilingual preferred : English and Spanish
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, distribution, transportation, or a 3PL environment
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other basic computer applications
- Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
