Texas Tissue Converting is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse / Logistics Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and transportation coordination within our growing manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily warehouse and logistics operations
  • Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and material flow
  • Coordinate transportation schedules and carrier relationships
  • Lead and develop warehouse staff to ensure safety, productivity, and efficiency
  • Monitor inventory levels and support cycle counts and audits
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and warehouse procedures
  • Identify process improvements to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with production, supply chain, and customer service teams
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management experience
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with inventory management and ERP systems
