We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including inventory control, receiving, order preparation, fulfillment, and outbound shipping logistics.


This position is responsible for ensuring that customer orders are accurately prepared, properly packaged, and shipped on time while maintaining accurate inventory records and an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse.


The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, proactive, comfortable working independently, and able to take ownership of warehouse operations from receiving merchandise through final shipment to the customer.


Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations & Inventory

  • Manage the day-to-day organization and operation of the warehouse.
  • Receive, inspect, unload, and properly store incoming merchandise.
  • Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, packing lists, and receiving documentation.
  • Promptly identify, document, and report shortages, overages, damaged merchandise, or receiving discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with periodic physical inventory counts.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and work to identify and correct their root causes.
  • Ensure products are properly identified, labeled, stored, and organized for efficient order fulfillment.
  • Maintain designated warehouse locations and ensure inventory is returned to its proper location after use.
  • Process inventory receipts, transfers, adjustments, order fulfillment, and shipments using inFlow Inventory.
  • Monitor warehouse and shipping supply levels, including boxes, tape, labels, stretch wrap, pallets, and other packing materials, and request replenishment as needed.



Order Fulfillment

  • Pick, prepare, package, and verify customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Review each order carefully before shipment to ensure all products, quantities, accessories, and components are correct.
  • Inspect products before shipment to ensure they meet company quality standards and are free from visible damage.
  • Package products appropriately to minimize the risk of damage during transportation.
  • Perform a final verification of every outbound order to ensure correct products, quantities, accessories, shipping information, and documentation.
  • Ensure customer orders are processed and ready for shipment according to established deadlines.
  • Prioritize urgent and time-sensitive orders when necessary.
  • Immediately report any product shortages, order discrepancies, or issues that could delay a shipment.



Shipping & Logistics

  • Coordinate outbound shipments with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, freight/LTL providers, and other transportation companies.
  • Prepare shipping labels, bills of lading, packing lists, and other required shipping documentation.
  • Compare available shipping rates, transit times, and service levels to select cost-effective shipping options while meeting customer delivery requirements.
  • Schedule carrier pickups and coordinate freight shipments when required.
  • Track outgoing shipments and monitor delivery status when necessary.
  • Assist with resolving delayed, lost, misrouted, or damaged shipments.
  • Assist with freight and carrier claims involving lost or damaged merchandise.
  • Maintain organized shipping records and documentation.
  • Communicate shipping status, tracking information, delays, or potential delivery issues to the appropriate team members.


Returns & Product Issues

  • Receive and process customer returns, warranty items, and damaged merchandise according to company procedures.
  • Inspect returned merchandise and document its condition.
  • Ensure returned products are properly identified and either returned to inventory, quarantined, or designated for repair or disposal.
  • Maintain accurate records of returned and damaged merchandise.


Equipment & Safety

  • Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and walkie stackers, safely and responsibly.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.
  • Immediately report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or potential workplace hazards.
  • Maintain warehouse aisles, work areas, emergency exits, and loading areas clean and unobstructed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and safe warehouse environment at all times.


Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with sales, customer service, and management regarding order status, inventory availability, shipping requirements, and delivery deadlines.
  • Communicate proactively regarding inventory shortages, shipping delays, damaged merchandise, or other operational issues.
  • Provide accurate information regarding inventory availability and shipment status when requested.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily operational goals and customer commitments.
  • Assist management with warehouse-related projects and operational improvements.
  • Assist with other warehouse and operational duties as needed.


Performance Expectations

The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator is expected to:

  • Maintain a high level of order accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and minimize inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensure customer orders are prepared and shipped within established deadlines.
  • Minimize picking, packing, and shipping errors.
  • Minimize product damage through proper handling and packaging.
  • Help control freight and shipping costs by selecting appropriate shipping methods.
  • Maintain accurate receiving and shipping documentation.
  • Maintain the warehouse in a clean, organized, safe, and inspection-ready condition.
  • Proactively identify and communicate inventory, shipping, or operational issues before they affect customers.
  • Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, accountability, and ownership of warehouse operations.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve warehouse organization, efficiency, accuracy, and shipping processes.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping, logistics, fulfillment, or inventory management is preferred.
  • Experience with order picking, packing, receiving, and shipping is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems is preferred; experience with inFlow Inventory is a plus.
  • Experience working with UPS, FedEx, LTL freight carriers, or other shipping providers is preferred.
  • Familiarity with shipping labels, packing lists, bills of lading, and freight documentation is a plus.
  • Ability to operate pallet jacks and similar warehouse equipment; walkie stacker experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple orders and meet shipping deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory and shipping software.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
  • Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 70 lbs.
  • Ability to safely use warehouse equipment and perform the physical duties associated with receiving, order fulfillment, and shipping.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.

  • 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • 30-minute lunch break
  • 40 hours per week

Occasional schedule flexibility may be required to accommodate incoming shipments, urgent customer orders, carrier pickups, or other operational needs.
