Facility:
This urology clinic is part of a well-established healthcare network serving the Tri-Cities region of Washington State, providing comprehensive urological care to a wide patient population. The facility features a 14-bed department with both inpatient and outpatient services, offering a dynamic and supportive environment for advanced practice providers.
Opportunity:
Board Certified - Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner - Urology
Job Details:
  • Seeking two full-time providers for long-term locum tenens coverage beginning November 2026 until permanent providers are hired
  • Coverage includes both outpatient urology clinic and surgical first assisting responsibilities
  • Monday through Friday clinic hours from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (or 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM) with a one-hour unpaid lunch
  • 1:4 call coverage responsibilities including overnight weeknight beeper call and 24-hour weekend beeper call
  • Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week with 8 guaranteed hours per day
  • Approximately 22 patient encounters per shift
  • Providers will assist in surgeries at least one day per week
  • Outpatient urology and surgical first assisting experience are both required
  • Active Washington State license or IMLC required
  • Board certification required
  • Active DEA required
  • BLS certification required
  • Estimated credentialing timeframe of 90 days
  • Long-term housing assistance available with pre-approval
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
