Overnight & Weekend Caregiver (Care Pro) - Flexible Schedule - Starting at $18.00/hr - Tri-Cities, WA
Looking for a flexible schedule? Whether you're available overnight, on weekends, or both, we'd love to meet you.
Turn your available time into meaningful work while making a real difference in the life of a senior or Veteran.
Home Instead is hiring caring, dependable people to provide overnight and weekend home care services throughout the Tri Cities (don't forget West Richland too).
Whether you're looking for extra income, a flexible schedule, or a rewarding career, we'd love to meet you.
No caregiving experience? No problem. We provide paid training and help you become a Washington State licensed Home Care Aide (HCA) if needed.
Want additional hours? Many of our overnight and weekend Care Pros also choose to pick up daytime shifts throughout the week.
What You'll Do
As a Home Instead Care Pro (Care Professional), you'll provide one-on-one care and companionship by helping seniors and Veterans with:
  • Personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Meal preparation and medication reminders
  • Overnight supervision and safety
  • Companionship and conversation
  • Light housekeeping and household routines
  • Transportation, errands, and appointments
  • Helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home
  • Every shift gives you the opportunity to bring comfort, peace of mind, and a smile to someone's day.
Pay & Benefits
  • Starting pay $18.00 per hour
