Job description

Job Purpose: Manages the corporate financial reporting and budget systems (OneStream) as the key administrator. Performs various accounting activities and special projects focusing in the areas of financial forecasting, budgeting, and general ledger analysis.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Sole Administrator/Lead of OneStream
  • Lead system configuration, upgrades and development projects.
  • Manage system security groups, user access and security roles within OneStream.
  • Configure system structure, settings, dimensions, and hierarchies in OneStream to align with business needs.
  • Design, implement, and maintain OneStream calculation logic, business rules, and system formulas to support reporting and planning
  • Develop and maintain Cube Views, Dashboards, Reports within Onestream
  • Perform data imports and exports, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain system integrations within OneStream in partnership with the IT Data team.
  • Perform interface processing/monitoring.
  • Maintain and enhance budget and forecast scenarios, inputs.
  • Provide training and support to end users on system features and functionality.
  • Assist with monthly closing process including preparation of financial statements and related analysis.
  • Perform root-cause analysis / determine and implement corrective action for close related items in OneStream.
  • Research any differences between ERP/GL Cubes and OneStream.
  • Manages the annual budget process.
  • Assist in preparation of annual budgets, including loading of sales and cost budgets from external sources and specific HQ dept budgets. Also responsible for updating budget and forecast input screens, reports and report books in OneStream or via Excell Add-In.
  • Assists in the preparation of financial forecasts by plant and department on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Prepares charts for monthly executive financial review meeting.
  • Maintain monthly analysis on assigned General Ledger Accounts.
  • Assist in the preliminary and annual audit performed by the external auditors.
  • Prepares, updates, and maintains policies and procedures related to OneStream.
  • Support additional initiatives and requests within the organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Experience and Educational Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required with an undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Must have training and knowledge of OneStream or other EPM/CPM platforms, ERPs (prefer LNCE) and Microsoft office Suite.
  • Comfort working with system rules, calculations, and configuration logic within a financial systems environment, including sustained focus on detailed system configuration and validation tasks.
  • 5+ years of accounting experience.

Other Requirements:
  • May be required to travel by whatever means company determines most economical. Some overnight travel may be required for training or audits, etc.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have good working relationship with plant managers, regional managers, executive staff, and department heads.

  • Must be able to work under the stress of deadlines.
  • Must be able to concentrate and perform accurately.
