Are you a night owl with a keen eye for detail and a passion for keeping things secure? PJM Staffing is looking for a dedicated and vigilant Overnight Security Officer to join our team in Reston, VA. If you have at least one year of experience in security and are ready to take on a vital role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

As an Overnight Security Officer, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our property, guests, and team members. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting regular patrols of the hotel premises to ensure a safe environment.
- Monitoring security systems and responding promptly to any alarms or incidents.
- Addressing guest concerns related to safety and providing assistance when needed.
- Documenting and reporting any suspicious activity or security breaches.
- Collaborating with hotel staff to uphold safety protocols and procedures.

- Possibly assist with Houseman duties and guests requests.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a security or related role.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to maintaining safety standards.
