Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients presenting with major mental health disorders, addressing their unique challenges and goals.
• Deliver direct clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy, to clients in various community settings, ensuring a supportive and therapeutic environment.
• Perform evidence-based screening and assessments, referring clients to additional services as necessary to meet comprehensive healthcare needs.
• Create integrated care plans that facilitate collaboration among clients, family members, and healthcare providers, ensuring coordinated care and ongoing support.
• Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups and document service delivery accurately and promptly in compliance with organizational policies.
• Participate in crisis intervention efforts when needed, ensuring timely and effective responses to clients in distress.
• Engage actively in team meetings and committees to contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery and clinical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clinician will primarily serve individuals from diverse backgrounds experiencing mental health issues, including major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and severe emotional disturbances. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid LCSW license and adherence to all relevant ethical and professional standards.
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment modalities appropriate for the client population.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with clients, families, and team members.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly with underserved populations, is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

Array Wellness Center PC offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
