Position Overview

Array Wellness Center PC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time remote position. Work Environment

This full-time position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while ensuring that you remain connected with the wider team and clients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their social, emotional, and environmental challenges, using standardized tools and interviews.
• Develop individualized service plans that outline goals, specific interventions, resources, and methods for progress monitoring.
• Provide empathetic counseling and support to individuals and families facing various challenges, such as trauma, depression, and family conflict.
• Collaborate closely with clients to create tailored service plans, integrating community resources and referrals that align with their unique needs.
• Engage in crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments and safety planning strategies to protect clients in precarious situations.
• Work collaboratively with community agencies and organizations to ensure seamless service coordination and effective advocacy for clients.
• Participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness about mental health issues and promote the services offered by the agency.
• Attend case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing staff training to continually enhance service delivery and team collaboration.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients served by Array Wellness Center PC predominantly include individuals and families from underserved backgrounds facing complex issues such as homelessness, domestic violence, substance abuse, and poverty. Your work will fundamentally focus on empowering these populations by addressing their immediate challenges while facilitating long-term sustainable change through a holistic and integrated approach.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is mandatory.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• Strong understanding of social and economic justice issues, community resources, and familiarization with trauma-informed care methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on cultural competence and empathy when interacting with diverse populations.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working within a social service agency or direct clinical practice is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
