As an Administrator, IT Systems, you will support enterprise infrastructure operations throughout the Americas. This role is responsible for the administration, maintenance, security, optimization, and support of enterprise systems and cloud services that enable reliable and secure business operations. The position works closely with other IT professionals and business stakeholders to support day-to-day operations while contributing to strategic infrastructure modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

Systems Operations

+       Administer and support enterprise IT Systems including servers, cloud services, operating systems, authentication systems, storage, backups, and related technologies.

+       Monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure platforms to ensure reliability, performance, and security.

Microsoft Platforms & Cloud Services

+       Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, collaboration platforms, virtualization technologies, and cloud services used throughout the enterprise.

+       Assist with the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of enterprise technology solutions and cloud-based services.

Security, Compliance & Continuity

+       Support cybersecurity initiatives through security hardening, vulnerability remediation, patch management, monitoring, and compliance activities.

+       Assist with business continuity, disaster recovery, backup, and recovery operations to support organizational resiliency.

Operational Support

+       Serve as a technical escalation resource for infrastructure and enterprise systems-related issues.

+       Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.

+       Collaborate with business users, vendors, and IT teams to support operational needs and strategic initiatives.

+       Participate in on-call rotation and support critical incidents, maintenance activities, and project implementations as required.


Required:

+     Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

+     Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience supporting enterprise infrastructure and information systems within medium to large organizations.

+     Experience supporting mission-critical production systems and geographically distributed business environments.

+     Strong experience administering Microsoft-based infrastructure, identity management, cloud, collaboration, messaging, and endpoint management platforms.

+     Experience with enterprise operating systems, virtualization technologies, backup and recovery solutions, and cloud-hosted services.

+     Working knowledge of enterprise networking, security controls, authentication systems, and email security technologies.

+     Experience supporting cybersecurity initiatives including patch management, vulnerability remediation, compliance, and audit activities.

+     Experience supporting business continuity, disaster recovery, and operational resiliency programs.

+     Experience with scripting, automation, and process improvement initiatives.

+     Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

+     Effective organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.

+     Strong written, verbal, documentation, and presentation skills.

+     Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels.

+     Ability to support multiple initiatives and adapt to changing business priorities.

Preferred:

+     Microsoft, Azure, Microsoft 365, security, or cloud-related certifications.

+     Experience supporting cloud-first and hybrid enterprise environments.

+     Experience with IT service management (ITSM) platforms and operational frameworks such as ITIL, Agile, or COBIT.

+     Experience supporting enterprise business applications and large-scale infrastructure projects.

+     Experience supporting major incident response, organizational change initiatives, and technology transformation efforts.

+     Experience creating technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.

+     Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

+     Project management experience.

+     Experience working in a multinational organization.

The typical pay range for this role is $75,000 -104,000. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position may include a discretionary bonus based on performance.
