To thrive in Overnight Operations, you need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in logistics or facilities management, often supported by a high school diploma or relevant certification. Familiarity with inventory management systems, scheduling software, and basic security protocols is typically required. Excellent problem-solving skills, reliability, and effective communication help you respond quickly to issues and coordinate with team members during off-hours. Additionally, being proactive and adaptable helps in resolving urgent situations efficiently, while time management ensures that nightly tasks are completed before the next shift arrives. Building a reliable routine and fostering a collaborative environment with other overnight staff also contribute to smoother operations.

Job description

DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Overnight Team Member to support our restaurant operations during non-business hours. This role is essential in ensuring the restaurant is clean, organized, and fully prepared for the next day's service.
Responsibilities include thoroughly cleaning and maintaining all floors and work areas, completing scheduled deep-cleaning tasks, and assisting with food preparation for the following day. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, works efficiently with minimal supervision, and contributes to a positive and productive team environment.
This position requires strong time management, the ability to follow detailed procedures, and a commitment to food safety and quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS
In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that's all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
