  • Troubleshoot clinical, workflow, and technical questions in real-time
  • Gather structured user feedback and communicate insights to product and engineering teams
  • Identify workflow improvements and opportunities to enhance system performance
  • Support development of reference sites, clinical success stories, and best practices
  • Travel to customer sites throughout the United States as needed

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of experience supporting clinical procedures or working in operating room environments
  • Strong familiarity with C-arm systems and intraoperative imaging workflows
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced clinical environments
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting with physicians and clinical teams
  • Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight travel

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting spine, orthopedic, or image-guided procedures
  • Background as a Clinical Specialist, Applications Specialist, Field Clinical Engineer, or Radiologic Technologist
  • Experience supporting new technology implementations, pilot programs, or early-stage products
  • Previous experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, or technical teams

Perks of the Job
Compensation:
  • Base: $120,000-$150,000+ (commensurate with experience)
