Graduate of an approved MRI Technologist program through the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT).
Candidates must possess one of the following credentials:
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) certification.
Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) certification.
ARRT (MRI) certification or ARMRIT certification.
Additional requirements:
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification.
Florida Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license preferred.
Required:
Minimum of two (2) years of MRI technologist experience.
Preferred experience in one or more of the following:
Advanced MRI imaging, including:
3D Lab
Interventional Radiology (IR) procedural imaging
Breast MRI
Cardiac MRI
Experience serving as a site preceptor or proctor for onboarding and cross-training new technologists.
Current proficiency in dual-modality imaging, with routine performance in a secondary imaging modality.
