We're building a talent pool of strong customer service professionals for FreedomCare Indiana.  We're searching for talented and motivated individuals interested in any of the following roles:

  • HomeCare Sales Specialist I: connect and engage with people and start a relationship with those who are interested in having home care support for themselves or a loved one over the phone.
  • Intake Specialist I: work closely with Patients and Caregivers to educate them and assist them on the application and enrollment process of our supported programs, with the goal
    of completing the eligibility process and onboarding them over the phone.
  • Onboarding Specialist I: guide our patients and caregivers throughout the onboarding process of joining FreedomCare.
  • Care Support Specialist I: guide patients and caregivers through their home care journey while ensuring that our patients receive the care they need and feel heard and cared for.

Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  • The ability to manage a high-volume inbound and outbound queue. Passion for providing a high level of customer service, including the ability to show empathy, active listening and patience.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, and be
    able to work well in a team.
  • Ability to resolve issues over the telephone with eager customers comfortably, defusing and de-escalating frustrated callers successfully.
  • Computer proficiency required; strong typing skills and ability to leverage technology and resolve customer issues efficiently while notetaking/multitasking.
    Pay rates typically range between $20-23 hourly depending on experience with a 401k, health, dental, vision and life insurance.

 This is remote position with possible travel to our FreedomCare Indiana on a monthly basis. Our office is located in Indianapolis, IN.
