We are seeking energetic and professional Third Shift Valet Attendants who take pride in delivering top-tier service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly greet arriving guests and assist with luggage if needed.
  • Open vehicle doors and offer assistance to guests entering or exiting.
  • Explain valet parking rates and car retrieval procedure clearly to guests.
  • Safely drive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a neat and organized valet area, ensuring clear traffic flow and guest safety.
  • Handle guests' vehicle keys with care and accuracy, logging all vehicle details.
  • Provide guests with directions, local recommendations, or assistance as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with front desk, bell staff, cashiers and colleagues to coordinate valet operations.
  • Follow all hotel policies, traffic laws, safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the security of guests and their vehicles.
  • Report any vehicle damage, injuries or incidents to management immediately.
  • Uphold the hotel's high standard of appearance, courtesy, and professionalism.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be able to drive a manual engine (stick shift) and clean driving record required.
  • Excellent communication, guest service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail ability to handle stressful situations with poise.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and run short distances.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements (lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds.
  • Friendly, energetic, and well-groomed appearance.
  • Prior valet or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

Working Environment:
  • Outdoor setting with exposure to weather conditions.
  • High guest interaction and fast-paced environment.
  • Frequent lifting, bending, and walking/running.
