Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and patient individuals to provide respite care services for individuals with developmental disabilities and special needs. This role offers critical support to families while ensuring a safe and structured environment for clients.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide supervision and companionship in home or community settings
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Support recreational, social, and life-skill activities
  • Provide overnight monitoring (awake or sleeping shifts), including safety checks
  • Follow care plans and behavioral support strategies
  • Ensure client safety at all times
  • Complete documentation accurately and promptly

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable
