To manage these challenges, it's important to establish a consistent sleep routine, practice healthy self-care habits, and communicate proactively with day-shift teams to ensure continuity of care. Many facilities also offer resources like quiet break rooms and access to mental health support to help staff maintain their well-being during overnight shifts.
