Job description

Performs a variety of production and packing activities to support manufacturing operations, including ensuring product quality, operating and supporting packaging equipment, handling materials, and maintaining clean and safe work areas.
Review product specifications and assist with equipment setup as needed.
Load materials and products into processing or packaging equipment.
Count, weigh, measure, mark, and label products, containers, and materials accurately.
Examine and inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality and packing specifications are met.
Obtain, move, sort, and organize products, materials, and orders using hand tools or equipment.
Replace damaged or defective products and separate finished goods as required.
Clean containers, materials, equipment, and work areas using appropriate cleaning solutions.
Perform general manual labor tasks, including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
Place products and materials on conveyors, packaging lines, or loading docks.
Record production or order information on required forms or systems.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Strong personal and professional skills.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Regularly required to stand and use hands and fingers in repetitive motion.
Frequently required to stand, walk, and reach overhead.
Occasionally required to stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, and communicate verbally.
Must be able to lift at least 10 pounds.
Specific vision abilities include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to focus.
Exposure to moving mechanical parts, chemicals, fumes, airborne particles, and noise ranging from office levels to loud factory or warehouse environments.
Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and first, second, and/or third shifts.
Ability to work in temperature conditions ranging from 35ยฐF to 95ยฐF
