Now Hiring: Director, Human Resources

Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to join our leadership team in Sarasota.

This leadership role will plan, develop, and direct Human Resources operations, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals while fostering a culture of engagement, collaboration, and excellence. The Director will oversee key HR functions including employee relations, compensation, HRIS, regulatory compliance, and workforce strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and direct HR department initiatives and operations
• Partner with executive and operational leaders on workforce strategy
• Oversee HR specialty functions including compensation, HRIS, regulatory compliance, and employee relations
• Support organizational culture, change management, and leadership development

Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Public Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in HR leadership
• Experience leading multiple HR specialty areas such as compensation, HRIS, or employee relations
• Healthcare HR leadership experience preferred
