About Us: ICS Corporation is family-owned direct mail and marketing facility located in West Deptford founded in 1965. Now, more than 50 years later, ICS has flourished by elevating the marketing outreach of some of the nation’s largest companies in highly creative and cost-effective ways.

Job Summary: The Overnight Commingle Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Commingle Department during the overnight shift. This position leads employees, ensures production schedules and quality standards are met, monitors equipment and workflow, and addresses issues that may impact productivity, safety, or mail quality.
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 6:00 pm - 4:00 am

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead the overnight Commingle team.
  • Assign employees to machines and workstations based on production needs.
  • Monitor production throughout the shift to ensure jobs are completed on schedule.
  • Ensure employees follow established production procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Perform quality checks and address errors or inconsistencies promptly.
  • Train, coach, and develop employees on proper equipment operation and production procedures.
  • Maintain accurate production and shift records.
  • Communicate production status, staffing concerns, equipment issues, and other important information to the next shift and management.
  • Ensure all work areas are properly prepared for the next shift.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  • Previous supervisory or lead experience in a production, manufacturing, mailing, or print environment preferred.
  • Experience with commingling, mail processing, lettershop operations, or direct mail preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work and make decisions in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to complete production documentation.
