Job description

Overnight Caregiver – Total Care (Immediate Hire)

Dream Believe Inspire Home Care is seeking dependable overnight caregivers for a private-pay client in Howe, IN (46746). Immediate start.

Schedule: Overnight, 10:00 PM–9:00 AM (11-hr shifts). Up to 7 nights/week available — open to splitting between two caregivers.

The role: One-on-one overnight care for an elderly, bedridden gentleman who is non-ambulatory and requires full assistance. This is a hands-on, total-care position that also includes cooking and light housekeeping.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete personal care, including incontinence care and repositioning
  • Assistance with all activities of daily living
  • Meal preparation: cook and store lunch and dinner for the next day, prepare fresh breakfast in the morning, and clean the kitchen before shift end
  • Light housekeeping / keeping the client's area clean
  • Overnight monitoring and companionship

Requirements:

  • Caregiving / CNA / HHA experience preferred
  • Comfortable with total-care and incontinence care
  • Comfortable cooking daily meals (simple home cooking)
  • Dependable, punctual, passes background check
  • Reliable transportation to Howe, IN
