Overview
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing, well established medical device industry leader as a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist in our Contracts department. This position serves as support for contracts, manages the identification, coordination, submission and tracking of RFP's and Tenders for North America, works with external contracting entities and internal divisions to effectively and efficiently respond to contracting opportunities, collaborates internally with division stakeholders, and coordinates necessary internal resources to respond timely.
This position is a retirement vacancy and the salary range is $45,000.00 to $60,000.00 annually. This is a hybrid position, the expectation is to be in the office 1 to 3 days per week.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain Global Agreement Repository with executed contracts.
  • Manage process of drafting, documenting and implementing certain pricing incentives (i.e. rebates with Divisions).
  • Manage process of coordinating with Divisions for initiating and directing of payment of certain pricing initiatives.
  • Review quality, accuracy, and completeness of information prior to submission, while maintaining documentation in Quest and SharePoint.
  • Monitor opportunities in process and ensure deadlines will be achieved and respond to any requests from RFP or tendering entity.
  • Maintain libraries of standard responses for past submissions.
  • Record and archive all submissions (awarded and un-awarded).
  • Assist in reviewing certain terms and conditions with customers and ensuring standard terms and conditions are in place with customers.
  • Assist in communication with Divisions, as to a process for initiating, drafting and implementing both pricing incentives and purchasing agreements.
  • Foster and maintain a workplace culture respectful and supportive of individual differences.
  • Ability to maintain consistency and quickly and efficiently gather resources.
  • Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others throughout various levels of the global organization.
  • Must strictly adhere to safety requirements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or experience of such kind and amount to provide a comparable background.
  • Fluently bilingual in English and French, with strong written and spoken proficiency in both languages
  • Prior contract experience is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Works under general office environmental conditions.
  • Sitting for extended periods.
  • Utilizes close visual acuity for working with computers and equipment.
