POSITION: Pastry Cook (Overnight)
DEPARTMENT: Retail Operations

The Pastry Cook provides guests with an exceptional experience by creating personalized moments in every interaction and preparing the most delicious products.
Role & Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage the pastry section of the kitchen to make sure work environment is successful.
  • Preparing ingredients and maintain kitchen equipment.
  • Create new recipes for seasonal menus.
  • Passionate about the development of pastries and desserts.
  • Maintain inventory of the stock of baking ingredients.
  • Ensuring safety and health regulations are met.
  • Train and supervise new team members.
Requirements & Physical Demands
  • Min one year experience in baking and pastry is preferred.
  • Ability to work, collaborate and problem solve in a fast-paced environment for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting.
  • Personable and enjoys engaging with guests and team members.
  • Availability to work onsite with a ?exible schedule often including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of baking techniques and the pastry-making process.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
