Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • High school or equivalent (Required)
  • Comply with all safety and quality policies and procedures.
  • Working with equipment containing conveyors, moving parts, and overhead operation.
  • Manually load materials and products onto moving production lines/conveyors in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and change tasks quickly with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Actively maintain a clean work environment by regularly performing general housekeeping duties, completing master sanitation requirements, and adhering to glass breakage policy.
  • Satisfactorily complete all training requirements.
  • Perform a variety of additional duties in support of special projects including, but not limited to, manual bottling, tray-pack creation, repackaging, and special packaging.
  • Knowledge of the metric system units (length, area, volume, capacity, mass, and weight)
  • Maintain regular, reliable, and punctual attendance.
  • Must be available to work full days and variable hours as needed during bottling production.
  • Additional tasks as assigned by supervisory staff.

Physical Requirements

  • Frequently operate manual and automatic pallet jacks
  • Repetitive reaching, grasping, bending, twisting, and lifting.
  • Able to lift and carry, up to 50 lb. without concern: Frequently.
  • Able to stand and walk for long period of time: Frequently.
  • Maintain a stationary position for 75%+ of the time
  • Able to push/pull, up to 50 lb. without concern: Often.
  • Ascend/Descend stairs, ramps, and catwalks: Often.
