Job Description/Responsibilities
As a Bottling Laborer, you'll help keep operations running efficiently by supporting all aspects of the bottling line, including material handling, quality inspection, packaging, and equipment support.
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday on Night shift: 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM
  • Overtime may be required on Fridays and weekends.
What You'll Do
  • Support bottling line operations including case feeding, bottle feeding, inspection, packing, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety, food safety, quality, and environmental standards while identifying and reporting safety concerns or operational issues.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality expectations and production schedules.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying ways to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support team performance.
  • Build positive working relationships across teams while maintaining professional and respectful communication.

Qualifications/Requirements
Required
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred
  • 1 + years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, landscaping, or other industrial environments.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.

The hourly rate for this role is $21.75. There is a $2 an hour shift differential for night shift.
