This position will require you to be in the Greater Cleveland, OH Area
We are presently in a hybrid schedule, 2 days on campus and 3 days WFH

The Integration Specialist's responsibilities include providing support to business partners for the authentication of end users of OverDrive apps and services, including Libby, Sora, Kanopy, LexisNexis, OverDrive Professional, and TeachingBooks. This role supports the use of OverDrive's external APIs, ensures the integrity of internal authentication records, and assists with mapping publisher content metadata. The Integration Specialist is responsible for setting up authentication methods, resolving requests, and troubleshooting issues.
 
Responsibilities:    
  • Complete standard authentication cases and individual tasks with guidance from senior team members.
  • Build expertise in supported authentication methods and required tools.
  • Build and implement basic authentication configurations using XML.
  • Thoroughly test changes made to configurations to verify intended behavior in all expected scenarios.
  • Provide feedback on documented troubleshooting steps and business processes.
  • Attend open office hours for training.
Requirements:    
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0–3 years of related experience.
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong technical aptitude.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical procedures verbally and in writing with partners and internal teams.
  • Web and Internet technology experience required.
  • Basic understanding of XML preferred.
