What You’ll Do:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors, developers, property owners, and clients to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.

  • Lead projects from the initial bid phase through completion, staying accountable for project execution, customer experience, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Facilitate and manage change orders to ensure smooth transitions, accurate project scopes, and strong client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and operational coordination to ensure projects stay on track and aligned with customer expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with installation teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor material inventory and project logistics to maintain organized and efficient operations.
What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years in commercial or new construction (non-residential - Project Manager, Superintendent, or Construction Supervisor).
  • A results-oriented mindset with a tactical approach to solving problems and ensuring projects reach successful completion.
  • Experience working with General Contractors or commercial flooring crews
If you’re ready to bring your work ethic, leadership, and drive to a company that values integrity, results, and
