  • Educate homeowners on repair options in a clear, professional, and consultative way.
  • Prepare project proposals, estimates, and recommendations based on inspection findings.
  • Sell crawlspace encapsulation, basement waterproofing, foundation repair, and related residential services.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain communication throughout the sales process.
  • Coordinate with the production / operations team to ensure clean project handoffs.
  • Represent SmartCrawl professionally in occupied residential homes.
  • Travel to homeowner appointments using your own vehicle, especially during the first 90 days.

Compensation & Benefits

  • 100% commission with uncapped earning potential.
  • Strong six-figure income potential for proven performers.
  • Warm company-provided leads.
  • Gas / mileage support for sales appointments.
  • W2 employment status.
  • Paid vacation and paid holidays.
  • Product and field training provided.
  • Support from an experienced production and operations team.
  • Opportunity to help build and grow the sales team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Comfortable working in a 100% commission sales role.
  • Strong closing ability and confidence selling high-ticket residential services.
  • Prior experience in in-home sales, outside sales, home improvement sales, construction sales, or residential service sales.
  • Ability to build trust quickly with homeowners.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical repair scopes in simple terms.
  • Comfortable inspecting crawlspaces, basements, and tight or dirty residential areas when needed.
  • Reliable personal vehicle for homeowner appointments.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Indianapolis / Central Indiana market.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage follow-up without being micromanaged.
  • Professional appearance and communication style when working with homeowners.

Preferred Experience

  • 1+ year of outside sales, in-home sales, or residential construction sales experience.
  • Experience selling foundation repair, basement waterproofing, crawlspace encapsulation, roofing, siding, windows, HVAC, pest control, solar, or other home improvement services.
  • Experience creating estimates or proposals for residential customers.
  • Familiarity with construction, waterproofing, drainage, structural repair, or home inspection concepts.
  • Proven success selling commission-based or performance-based services.

What Makes This Opportunity Strong

  • Warm company-provided leads.
  • Immediate sales opportunity due to strong customer demand.
  • Owner is currently handling sales and needs support.
  • Established local company approaching 10 years in business.
  • Specialized, high-ticket residential services.
