Magnetic Trading specializes in a variety of aircraft types with a focus on Airbus and Boeing models, offering repair, overhaul, exchange, and outright options.
We are now looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our Trading team in Miami (FL), USA.
Main responsibilities
  • Meet personal and team sales targets within schedule
  • Generate leads (including cold calls), present, promote and sell aircraft components and related services to existing and prospective customers
  • Active outreach to suppliers of products in the market. Negotiations with suppliers and customers to maximize profit
  • Develop and strengthen our network of partners, customers, and suppliers across the US
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs for assets and spare parts
  • Forecast sales, developing "out of the box" sales strategies/models, and evaluating their effectiveness
  • Enter and submit customer quotes into Quantum, along with updating CRM on developments.
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs
  • Attend sales meetings, events, and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments

Main requirements
  • Proven work experience of B2B international trading within aviation sector is required
  • Bachelor's degree in aviation or engineering is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Ability to open, maintain and develop new customers
  • Punctual, detail-oriented, and a helpful team player with a high level of dedication.
  • Goal-driven and proactive approach with good stress tolerance, as the industry is 24/7
  • Excellent English language required, all other languages will be an advantage
  • Experience of using Quantum software will be beneficial
