Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will interact primarily with clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. • Current and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.
  • No previous disciplinary actions affecting your professional license.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building professional relationships with clients and their families.
  • A dedicated, quiet space for remote counseling sessions, compliant with privacy standards.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience managing a clinical caseload in a mental health setting.
  • Degrees or certifications in additional therapeutic modalities or dual state licenses are considered a plus.
  • A demonstrable commitment to professional development and ongoing training in teletherapy practices.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on experience and caseload. Additionally, we offer a substantial sign-on bonus that is awarded upon successful onboarding and seeing your first client within two weeks. Our benefits package includes:

  • A user-friendly patient self-pay system that eliminates the need for reporting to funding sources.
  • Minimal client paperwork, allowing more time to focus on patient care.
