Job Overview

This is a part-time, volunteer position, no pay. However, it is a great opportunity to get involved with a non-profit and the community.

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Community Outreach Coordinator who has a few hours a week to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for community outreach and a drive to make a difference. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing organization that is making a positive impact on communities nationwide.



Community Outreach Coordinator Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and implement community outreach programs and initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, stakeholders, and partners
  • Create and distribute promotional materials to raise awareness about the organization and its initiatives
  • Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and informational sessions
  • Collect and analyze data on program impact and community needs
  • Report on program outcomes and recommendations for future initiatives
  • Manage and update the organization's social media platforms to increase community engagement
  • Provide support to the organization's fundraising efforts by identifying potential donors and sponsors



Community Outreach Coordinator Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in non-profit organizations or community outreach programs
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with fundraising and sponsorships
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
  • Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience in community outreach, marketing, or a related field
