What We're Looking For

  • Background in construction or outdoor labor is helpful, not required.


The Job Day-to-Day

Crews run Monday through Friday, clocking in between 7:157:30 AM. From there, expect to:

  • Handle hoses, wands, ladders, and safety harnesses correctly and safely.
  • Meet OSHA and internal safety standards on every job.
  • Lift or pull up to 75 lbs, including holding equipment overhead for stretches of time.
  • Work at height within fall-protection guidelines. (Equipment generally accommodates individuals roughly 150270 lbs; if you're near either end of that range, reach out and we'll talk through what's possible.)
  • Follow daily job assignments and safety protocols accurately.
