Position Summary


We are seeking a reliable and skilled Cook to join the team at The Drunken Minnow, a vibrant dining destination at Sterett Creek Marina & RV Park. The ideal candidate loves cooking, thrives in a dynamic environment, and enjoys being part of a team dedicated to excellent food and great guest experiences.




Requirements:


Key Responsibilities


  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and food safety standards
  • Assist with daily kitchen setup, food prep, and station organization
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen
  • Ensure food quality and portion standards are met
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver timely and friendly service
  • Help manage inventory and assist with receiving deliveries when needed


Qualifications


  • Previous cooking or food service experience preferred
  • Understanding of kitchen procedures, food safety, and sanitation practices
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work well with others
  • Passion for cooking and a commitment to quality
