Job description

Help create a safe, friendly campground experience!

Ramblin' Redwoods is seeking a dependable Courtesy Patrol team member to help maintain a safe, quiet, and enjoyable environment for our guests during the camping season.

This is a guest-service-focused positionโ€”not a law enforcement role.

Responsibilities
  • Drive or walk through the campground during assigned shifts
  • Greet guests and provide friendly customer service
  • Help enforce campground rules in a courteous and respectful manner
  • Remind guests of quiet hours and campground policies
  • Monitor common areas for cleanliness and safety concerns
  • Report maintenance, safety, or emergency issues to management
  • Assist guests with basic questions and campground information
  • Respond calmly and professionally to minor guest concerns

Requirements

  • Must pass background check
  • Must have valid driver license
  • Friendly, approachable, and dependable
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working evenings and outdoors
  • Ability to walk or drive throughout the campground for extended periods
  • Must be able to remain calm and professional when addressing guest concerns
  • Previous customer service, campground, hospitality, or security experience is helpful but not required
