Looking to add extra income without committing to a rigid full-time schedule? Renewal by Andersen is hiring Part-Time Events Ambassadors to represent our brand at home shows, retail activations, festivals, and community events.

This role is designed for people who want to layer flexible work hours around other commitments-whether that's a day job, school, family responsibilities, or another part-time role. Shifts are event-driven and typically occur outside traditional business hours, when customers are most available and events are happening.

If you're outgoing, reliable, and comfortable talking to people, this is a fun, fast-paced way to earn extra income - with bonus potential tied to performance.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Represent Renewal by Andersen at community events, retail locations, home shows, and festivals
  • Engage homeowners in friendly, confident conversations
  • Educate customers on our products, promotions, and in-home consultation process
  • Set qualified in-home consultation appointments
  • Follow simple scripts and qualification guidelines
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
  • Accurately capture customer information using tablets or mobile systems

SCHEDULE & TIME COMMITMENT (IMPORTANT)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

$20 - $20 an hour
$20/hour base + performance-based incentives
