Outside Sales Food & Beverage Manager - Elmcrest Country Club

Elmcrest Country Club is seeking an energetic, outgoing Outside Sales Food & Beverage Manager to lead on-course and outdoor food and beverage operations while delivering excellent service to our members and guests. This role focuses on guest interaction, staff leadership, and day-to-day outdoor F&B operations throughout the golf course and pool deck, while working closely with the Clubhouse Food & Beverage Manager to ensure seamless service across the entire property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of beverage carts, outdoor concessions, and food and beverage service across the golf course and pool deck
  • Actively engage with members and guests to promote menu items, specials, and events
  • Provide friendly, high-quality service to enhance the overall guest experience
  • Supervise, train, and support outdoor food and beverage staff
  • Assign daily duties and ensure staff are in proper uniform and ready for service
  • Coordinate food and beverage service between outdoor operations and the kitchen
  • Monitor inventory levels for beverages and supplies
  • Ensure all alcohol services follow state laws and Club policies
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of all outdoor service areas
  • Assist with outdoor events, including setup, service, and breakdown
  • Handle guest feedback and communicate concerns or compliments to management
  • Complete opening and closing procedures, basic reports, and ensure billing accuracy

Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Work closely with the Clubhouse Food & Beverage Manager to ensure indoor and outdoor events are aligned
  • Communicate daily regarding staffing needs, event timing, menus, and service flow
  • Support clubhouse operations when outdoor service is slower, and assist outdoor operations when clubhouse needs arise
  • Maintain a team-first approach to ensure consistent service standards across the entire Club

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Leadership experience in food and beverage or hospitality preferred
  • Sales-minded and comfortable interacting with guests
  • Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
