Join Our General Labor Team for some of Indianapolis biggest SPECIAL EVENTS!

Our General Labor team is the heart and soul of our operation. Collectively, this team is responsible for the successful production of all of our special events. We're seeking reliable, hardworking and experienced (preferred) individuals. Ready to Apply? Our hiring process has begun and we are scheduling interviews now. Job Description
Position: General Labor, Setup/Strike
Schedule: Monday - Sunday (Weekday & Weekend Shifts)
Type: Seasonal | Event-based

Compensation: $15 - $20 per hour, based on experience


Event Setup & Strike Teams often work pre-post show hours and must be able to comfortably lift a minimum of 50 pounds


Responsibilities

  • Setup gates, pitch tents, and assemble bars prior to event day
  • Build infrastructure for front gates, and bars from start to finish
  • Transport and arrange equipment according to layout plans and safety guidelines
  • Assist in dismantling infrastructures and packing equipment for storage after the event

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to walk/stand for extended periods of time.
  • Able to work in extreme conditions including high heat
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
